Overview
The QV Band Waveguide Triplexer (JL2.965.0002) is a spaceborne high-performance passive device that multiplexes or demultiplexes three QV-band channels in a single compact unit. The three channels operate near 38 GHz, 40 GHz, and 47 GHz with insertion loss ≤0.9 dB, inter-channel isolation ≥60 dB, and VSWR ≤1.3. The device handles up to 50 W of input power and features BJ400 (WR22) waveguide interfaces with custom flanges. Its aluminum alloy housing (104 × 88 × 25.5 mm) uses Invar inserts for thermal stability. No tuning is required, and the product is qualified for the space environment including multipaction resistance.
