Overview

The QV Band RF Front-End is a high-integration spaceborne module for satellite communication payloads. It receives V-band uplink signals (47.2–49.2 GHz and 49.7–49.75 GHz) and performs low-noise amplification (NF ≤4.0 dB). On the transmit path (37.5–40.0 GHz), it amplifies single-beam signals to ≥32.5 dBm and multi-beam signals to ≥38.5 dBm output. The module supports internal power distribution, TTL-controlled switching, and provides agreed telemetry data. Protection features include undervoltage, overtemperature, and output overcurrent protection. The compact housing (≤287.86 × 224.52 × 86 mm, ≤2.03 kg) operates from a +42 V supply and meets radiation requirements of TID ≥43 krad(Si) and SEL 37 MeV·cm²/mg.
