Infrared Imaging ASIC Chips
Our uncooled infrared thermal imaging ASIC chip series — including the JL7639, JL7665S, JL7635S, and JL7669 — are single-chip solutions for infrared application systems. Each chip integrates a dedicated infrared image signal processor (ISP) with time-domain and spatial-domain denoising, Digital Detail Enhancement (DDE), and Automatic Gain Control (AGC).
The JL7669 supports 640×512@60Hz imaging with high frame rates up to 384×288@120Hz, while the JL7639 targets 384×288@60Hz applications. All chips embed a 32-bit low-power processor for rapid secondary development and are compatible with driver interfaces for all mainstream detectors.

MEMS Inertial Sensor ASIC Chips
Our MEMS inertial sensor ASIC chips are purpose-built for capacitive MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes — serving as the "brain" of the entire sensor system. Using closed-loop control, high-precision 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADC, and a third-order temperature compensation system, these chips convert raw physical signals into high-precision digital outputs with minimal noise.
Key features include 5V single power supply, SPI or analog differential output, integrated OTP non-volatile memory, and a self-test function. Applications span inertial navigation, vibration measurement, seismic detection, autonomous driving, and aerospace.
Inertial Measurement Units
SR-IMU100J
Cost-effective, miniaturized IMU with 3-axis MEMS gyroscope and accelerometer. Full-temperature error compensation, orthogonal error compensation, and nonlinear error compensation. Suitable for UAV attitude control, autonomous driving, and guided weapons.
SR-IMU200S
High-precision variant using three single-axis MEMS gyroscopes and three single-axis accelerometers. Optional GNSS integration for combined navigation. Used in SOTM stabilization platforms and unmanned vessel navigation.

RF Microwave Products
Our antenna and RF microwave product line covers spaceborne reflector antenna systems, phased array antenna systems, spot beam antennas, slot antennas, ultra-wideband directional antennas, horn antennas, Yagi antennas, filters, and rotary joints. These products have been integrated into more than ten spacecraft and ground information systems.
Our microwave switch and RF component teams deliver high-performance, high-reliability devices for 5G/6G infrastructure, satellite communication terminals, phased array radar, and electronic countermeasures — with full DC to 67 GHz test capability and rich experience in micro-discharge, low-pressure discharge, and passive intermodulation.
